TICKETS

ALL tickets admit patrons to the Festival enclosure, the art galleries, Chinawhite Nightclub and performance venues and bars, except where pre-booked seating is required (i.e. Grandstand & Lawn - see below).

IN ADDITION

  • Grandstand tickets guarantee the ticket holder a reserved seat in the Grandstand for the main concert on the Floating Stage at 8.45pm.

  • Promenade Plus ticket holders have access to the lawn area in front of the stage to stand and dance, on nights when there are no deckchairs in the uncovered Lawn seating area for the main concert on the Floating Stage at 8.45pm.

  • Lawn tickets guarantee the holder an unreserved deckchair in the uncovered Lawn seating area, between the Grandstand and the Floating Stage, on nights when there are deckchairs in the uncovered Lawn seating area for the main concert on the Floating Stage at 8.45pm.

NOTE: Promenade tickets do not entitle the ticket holder to a seat in the Grandstand nor in the Lawn seating area for the 8.45pm concert on the Floating Stage.

A Quiet Zone is provided at each side of the lawn seating area at the start of the 8.45pm concert. Enclosure ticket holders are invited to listen quietly to the concert in this area. Patrons who cause a disruption will be asked to leave the area.

Entrance badges are issued with tickets and must be visibly worn at all times.

The Season Ticket is for evenings only, all five days; LAWN, PROMENADE and PROMENADE PLUS as appropriate on any particular day; please see the ticket ordering process for precise details.

RESTAURANTS

There are many and varied restaurants, bars and informal food outlets at the Festival.

For those where advanced reservations are available, it is advisable to book prior to the night to avoid disappointment.

CAR PARK

Passes are £15 when ordered with tickets and £20 if ordered separately or paid for on the day. Car parking is free for the Free Saturday Art Event.

DRESS CODE

Members of the audience must be suitably attired throughout the Festival evenings (including the Sunday Evening Concert).

  • The dress code for gentlemen is BLACK TIE, although suits or blazers with a tie are acceptable.
  • Ladies are invited to wear long or short evening dress, or evening trousers.
  • The Festival is primarily an outdoor event and a shawl or wrap may be needed.
  • Please inform your guests and younger members of your party of the dress code, especially no jeans, and no trainers.
  • Dress code does not apply to the Saturday Art Event.

SOUVENIR PROGRAMME

The Souvenir Programme is £10 and can be purchased on-line together with your ticket order. You will be sent a voucher, to be redeemed at the Festival.

PICNICS

Picnics are welcome in the car park. NO drinks, bottles, glasses, deckchairs or picnics may be brought into the Festival enclosure.

DISABLED ACCESS

The Festival welcomes disabled patrons. There is ample wheelchair access to all events. Every effort is made by management to ensure a trouble-tree visit to the Festival.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Neither tickets nor car park passes can be exchanged nor money refunded.

  2. Henley Festival Limited reserves the right to refuse admission, and to remove from the Festival Enclosure, at its sole discretion, any persons whose conduct is prejudicial to the safety and convenience of other patrons, or to the proper running of the Festival. We will not tolerate aggressive and/or drunken behaviour under any circumstances.

  3. Admission is only permitted on production of an entrance ticket(s), and if the relevant badge is worn visibly at all times.

  4. Children under ten may not be admitted. All children should be supervised at all times. No prams nor buggies nor babes-in-arms will be allowed into the enclosure, except for the Saturday Art Event and/or Sunday lunchtime SHOUT! Finale concert.

  6. Henley Festival Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to the programme, and in the event of any such change, any refund would only be offered at the sole discretion of Henley Festival Ltd.

  7. Grandstand tickets guarantee the ticket holder a reserved seat in the Grandstand for the main concert on the Floating Stage at 8.45pm.
    Lawn tickets do not permit entrance to the Grandstand.
    Promenade tickets do not permit entry to the Grandstand or to the Lawn seating area before or during the main concert.

  8. Boats may not be moored adjacent to the Festival enclosure unless a mooring permit has been purchased from the Festival office.

  9. Persons attending Henley Festival events and using Henley Festival Car Parks do so at their own risk and Henley Festival Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for death or injury unless caused by the negligence of Henley Festival Ltd.

  10. By being present at Henley Festival you consent to being photographed filmed and/or recorded. You give all necessary consents under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 in respect of any photograph film or recording that may include you and agree not to assert any moral (or similar) rights. Henley Festival Limited shall therefore be entitled to make or authorise full use of any photograph film or recording in which you are included in all media worldwide without any liability or payment to you. No photography or recording of stage performances by you is permitted.
